U.S. equities continue to rise despite the deadlock in negotiations between the U.S. and Iran, with the Nasdaq up 1.6% (+6% YTD) and the S&P 500 up 1% (+4.2% YTD), despite earlier declines in Asia and Europe. The Treasury yield curve closed essentially flat, as did the European investment-grade sovereign yield curves; meanwhile, in commodities, crude oil gained 3% (WTI $92, Brent $101), while metals and agricultural commodities saw mixed performance, with coffee gaining 2% and cotton losing 3% among the items with the largest price changes.

Venezuelan bonds opened the day up 0.25 points and ended flat after seeing selling pressure from late morning onward, with the PDVSA curve closing about 2 points below its highs and the sovereign curve closing 1 point below its highs on average.

Latin American bonds had another uneventful day, with mixed movements of 0.25 points.
