Finally, Israel's attacks on Iran occurred, attacking several nuclear centers and killing important Iranian figures, causing an 8% rise in oil prices, and falls in global equities, with the Dow dropping 1.8%; while treasuries initially advanced, acting as a refuge from volatility, but then we saw significant selling on the expectation of more inflation, with long yields rising up to 9bps. VIX rose to 21.
Venezuela and PDVSA flat without major movement.
