Yields continue to rise in the US and Europe, seeing an increase of 4bps across the Treasury curve and in the main European IG countries (except France), reaching 4.8% on the 30-year, the highest level in three months, despite expectations of a cut by the Fed on Wednesday. Equities ended with modest gains in the US and Asia, while results were mixed in Europe. In commodities, crude oil rose for the third consecutive day, with WTI at $60 and Brent at $64, while metals and agriculture fell.

Venezuela and PDVSA both fell between 0.25 and 0.4 points, with both being sold at the end of the session. PDV'20 remained stable at 100-102, with mostly buyers.

In Latin American credits, Argentina rose 0.35 points after the news that it will make its first dollar-denominated issuance in eight years, issuing a local law bond maturing in 2029 with a 6.5% coupon. The rest of the region closed flat to down 0.3 points amid weak Treasuries.
