Rates rose in the US (+5bps) amid reports that Trump is reluctant to nominate Kevin Hassett, current head of the White House economic team, as the new Fed Chairman; in Europe, the movement was +2bps and similar in Asia. Equities ended the week with no major changes, falling slightly in Asia and Europe and remaining flat in the US. Among commodities, energy rose 0.5%, while metals fell 1-2% and agriculture closed mixed.

Venezuela and PDVSA started up to 1.5 points after the CIA director's visit to Caracas, coupled with the change in the hydrocarbons law announced by Delcy Rodríguez yesterday, but we saw selling from late morning that left both curves up 0.5-0.75 points.

In Latin American credits, Ecuador led the region, gaining 0.5-1.25 pts after announcing that it would return to international markets; on the negative side, long-term bonds from the Dominican Republic fell by up to 0.5 pts.
