Treasuries were flat, and commodities were mixed, down 0.75%.

Venezuelan mixed bonds at 0.15 points, with selling in the short end of the sovereign bond market and buying in the long end, though trading volume is very limited.

In Latin American bonds, the region's leading issuers were up 0.15–0.25 percentage points.
